The main objective of FOODENG’13 is to provide a conference to discuss and promote the magnitude of engineering and technology on food industry and our life. A safe and secured food production system under clean, healthy and sustainable environment is getting more importance every day. It will identify new research directions and challenges that are relevant to the Agricultural and Food industry and explore the potential of using scientific knowledge, practical ideas, and emerging technologies for humankind.
